This is nothing more than a plain attack on unions and a way to undermine collective bargaining. Unions are the only organizations that protect the interests of workers and provide the strength to demand fair compensation and safe, fair working conditions. Public employee unions also use their strength to advocate for the people they serve. This bill is an attempt to weaken unions and permit the government and corporate interests to have free reign to implement whatever they want and to pit employees against each other in a race to the bottom for wages and working conditions. Please do not support this bill.
