The pride flag is a representation of free speech and inclusion. It could be argued schools are institutions of free speech and bring peers together to educate, discuss, research, and work towards a common goal. Banning a symbol of inclusion and unity is not protection anyone, but is forcing those very people to hide from who they are. This is not inclusive and leads to a poor understanding of the real world when applied throughout. I oppose of this bill.
