The school voucher (EFA) program is operating with little oversight - the legislative oversight comm. didn't meet for a whole year. This is far too much money spent without oversight. Meanwhile, during that year, without that information, the legislature voted to nearly double the size and budget of the program. This bill insists that going forward there will be a reasonable amount of transparency and reporting by the organization that is paid up to 10% of every public dollar spent on the program.
