As a resident of Concord, I have seen my property taxes go up dramatically over recent years. I fully support reducing our Statewide Education Property tax and making up the difference with an increase in the business profits tax, which has been reduced in recent years. It will lift some of the ever-increasing burden off of local property taxpayers like myself by shifting it to the state, which will fund it via the increase in the business profits tax.
