It is an infringement on voters to be required proof of NEW HAMPSHIRE citizenship. No such thing is needed, as overseas voters are eligible to vote under federal law with proof of domicile, usually a license. Overseas voting is safe and secure. This law would only confuse things for voters and the system. Please do NOT support this regressive law.
