This bill will create chaos for New Hampshire cities and towns: increasing staff workload, exposing them to extreme legal liability, and making criminal investigations of routine contract matters. Who is going to pay for all of this? The public! Our property taxes will increase in order for corporate special interest groups to take away our power! Not acceptable in any way, shape or form.
