New Hampshire has been flagrantly disregarding court orders for three decades. We provide the least state funding for public education of any state. Reinstating the Dividends and Interest Tax would be a good start. Other revenue sources will be needed. As Oliver Wendell Holmes stated, "Taxes are what we pay for civilized society." I believe a well-funded public education system is also crucial to living in a civilized society.
