This is an absolutely asinine proposal. What are you trying to accomplish here? This bill would burden a family of four with a possibly unaffordable fee, keeping them from physical fitness and causing poorer health both physical and mental. If I were a parent thinking about moving to NH, this would NOT make me feel welcome. What next? Will we need a permit to walk anywhere?
