I feel this is a very timely bill, given the uncertainty associated with this administration. The threats to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid affect a good percentage of New Hampshire residents, and any delay in those payments could be catastrophic and result in homelessness. Allowing a grace period would help relieve some stress and anxiety.
