This bill is just another attack on public education in a state that already ranks 50th in the nation in state education funding. 86% of New Hampshire students attend public schools. To not allow New Hampshire teachers to negotiate collectively for adequate compensation for the time and energy dedicated to 86% of New Hampshire students does a disservice to the vast majority of families who choose public education. Please support the families who choose public education and vote SB 1704 inexpedient to legislate.
