I am against this bill. There are several person who rely on bikes because they can't afford transportation. Children utilize bicycles for fun (as toys). This bill is overreaching and punishing everyone. This a essentially a taxation in a tax free state. This will also hurt tourism as well as having an impact.on people using our state parks. It would also have an impact on the health of granite staters forcing they to pay to exercise by bike or recieve fines if they can't afford a registration. Although I am not for it, I could understand having a registration fee for motorized bikes (electric or gas powered)
