I beleave it would lose the state money ,bikes are not a car they should not be registered at. Any level of government control or a town ,city let kids be kids not put the burden on the parents u need to wear a helmet I agree with but this is taking to issues to far on a bad economy times parents can not afford it so less bikes will be the cause of this bill , let's let it slide by no money on the public for a bike ridiculous issue to be voting on it let be a free state as we are always saying live free or die free .
