Clearly the 3 sponsors of this bill have no idea what a bicycle is and the many benefits it brings to all people of all ages in our communities. The idea of taxing citizens with bikes is simply insane. Nearly all adults on bikes already pay transportation taxes via federal, state and local auto taxes. Is there something really important that you are trying to divert?
