Why we eliminate the state vehicle inspection and then impose a $50 per bike to ride in this state? That is just plain stupid! I would think we would want to encourage bicycle riding as it leads to a healthier community. A healthier community is less taxing on our health care system which everyone knows is getting less resources every year. What is even the purpose of this bill? Will we tax out of state bicycles as well?
