To represent this bill as a way to protect rights is farcical, especially given the demonstrated agenda of the current legislative leadership in dismantling our public school system. Weakening collective bargaining rights is yet another example of the only way they can hold onto power, by causing division and then benefiting from the chaos they themselves have sown.
