Kelly Sullivan | Oppose HB1078

As an active family of 5, whom all have bikes and ride frequently, we are already struggling at times to put food on the table during winter months. Having to pay $500 for the season to sometimes not be able to get out but 3 times a year as a family is silly. To pay that fee to have 3 kids ride around the neighborhood daily is ridiculous. I oppose this a thousand times over.
