This Transportation bill to require bicycle registrations is a gross overstep by NH government. A bicycle is one of everyones 1st wheels! And a green transportation mode to be encouraged - not taxed and punished for! To stop or hinder our cycling rights by fees, licenses, badges, etc is wrong. What will you go after next - Walking? Breathing.? Shopping? Stop this foolishness now!
