It makes no sense to me to remove authority from the State Librarian to award scholarships to students attending library school. This is just an attempt to take weaken public entities with so-called "woke" ideologies. "Woke" just means supporting the Constitution and rule of law, as well as human rights. Simply frivolous legislature when there are real needs in the state.
