Our local nonprofits are non-partisan, but this is a partisan bill to punish local organizations that provide necessary services to their community. Services that the State does not. This is yet another bill where those that have, get, and those that don't, don't. Towns supporting their local nonprofits don't cost the State anything. Why is the State putting their hands where they don't belong? I vehemently stand against this bill, and any Representative supporting and voting for it to pass. 2026 is here, and Granite Staters will step up in November and show the current administration and those who lead it that we don't support their overreach.
