I oppose this bill. Taxpayers should be able to donate whatever they want to non-profits. People are giving for the good of others. I support many non-profits as far as volunteering and donations. If this law passes, it will most definitely negatively affect programs and serivces that much of that money is used for. Help the people in our State. I oppose bill HB1649
