Thank you Chairman and Committee members, My name is Rep David Love, I am a co sponsor of this legislation. I have personal experience with this issue where a bogus restraining order was taken out against me and it took six weeks after my accuser dropped the restraining order for me to have my firearms returned. If accusations are withdrawn or proven to be false ,Constitutional rights need to be restored and private property returned as close to IMMEDIATELY as humanly possible and I would hope the committee would agree.
