Emerald Levick

This makes no sense, as the landowner would have to give permission (or court order) for investigation of the endangered species we are trying to protect from their development plans. With the DRASTIC rate of species reduction around the globe right now, we cannot afford to lose more and risk ecosystems collapsing.
