Please support this bill. It will increase affordable housing options for people like me. I have been saving for a home for 8 years, and over much of that time, making an actual purchase has felt just out of reach as prices have become higher and higher. Passing this bill would have a positive impact on affordability for many granite staters, including myself, who could use this as a path to home ownership. I appreciate your consideration.
