Debrah Howes | Oppose HB1546

The State of New Hamshire has obligations to its public school students to provide sufficient funding to allow for provision of an constitutionally adequate education in each of our local district public schools. That obligation is still not being met, as recent court cases have proven, yet again. The State also has an obligation to its most vulnerable citizens to ensure they have access to the supports and health care they need to live. The state must maintain roads and bridges for the safety of the public, and many other obligations. Why would it make sense to repeal one of the State's major sources of revenue? We urge you to find HB 1546 Inexpedient to Legislate.
