I visit residents in Long Term Care Facilities in several counties and often the theme residents are about staffing. Residents express their care is often delayed including assistance to use the bathroom, not receiving showers, receiving medications, and medical treatments. Resident added when they ring for assistance staff often saying they would return to their room but often don't. I hope you will take this bill into consideration.
