Citizen participation has always been the bedrock of the NH legislature process-- that's the way our Constitution is written. The voices of Granite State citizens, whether in person or submitted in writing, need to be heard and considered. This bill will require lawmakers to be transparent in how their legislative actions reflect the wishes of their constituents; assuring that our lawmakers are accountable to the people, not the other way around .
