Please OPPOSE this bill. This is a classic case of "penny-wise & pound-foolish", saving very little (pennies) by refusing to invest in the energy infrastructure that will provide free energy and stimulate economic activity. In the end, this bill will increase energy costs, which is not what our residents want or need.
