Please OPPOSE this bill. The Renewable Energy Fund revenue flowing from Renewable Energy Certificates are important to many NH ratepayers. This bill would end all REF-funded programs, including grants for non-residential projects and low/moderate income solar initiatives. We need more Renewable Energy.
