I am in favor of this bill. I am a retired RN who worked in long term care for several years. I see many deficiencies at Mineral Springs especially with low staffing. This is very dangerous healthwise for LNA's and in patients not getting the care they deserve. A dear friend of mine is resident there and I see him often and notice many questionable things along with low staffing.
