Everyone in the community has busy lives. Only those who are able to attend town meetings are not busy, want to hear themselves talk and as I’ve seen a number of times want to stop others with opposing views from speaking by making a call to vote. This bill allows business owners, mothers, people who travel for work, those caring for an elderly family member and the elderly and disabled to utilize their god given right to vote.
