I oppose this bill. New Hampshire should be doing all it can to incentivize distributed energy generation to reduce strain on the grid. The small amount of revenue the exemption would provide is nothing compared to the costs of building increased energy capacity. Repealing the solar energy systems tax exemption does not make sense for New Hampshire.
