Having SB2 voted on at the town meetings is an effort in futility, it is a catch 22. All the people who need SB2 in order to be able to have a vote in the town budget, procedures and all town items, are the same people who can't get to the meeting. These are are own citizens, those in the military, our emergency personnel who can't get the day off to attend a town meeting, college students who can't get to town for the meeting, parents with children in school championship events (whose schedule does not care about things like town meetings). It is wrong to disenfranchise a significant portion of the townspeople.
