I support this bill - I have lived in NH for 50 years and have had 3 children educated via the Jaffrey-Rindge District. Two were valedictorians and the other a "citizen of the year" recipient. The spirit and professionalism of teachers and staff was great in those earlier years but has significantly eroded due to unbearable local property taxes prompted by school budgets. Likewise, though I have a doctorate and years of professional experience in education, I now find myself wondering at age 88 how I will be able to survive my last days/weeks/months as my capital and savings have also eroded to poverty level - HELP! PLEASE MOVE TO MEET LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPORT TO LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOLS AS COUNTER TO CHARTER SCHOOLS. Owen Houghton EdD
