I support this bill. Lithium batteries do not belong in the landfills, they cause dangerous fires and longterm hazards to people and the environment. I'm pleased to see this bill has bipartisan support to reduce this hazard. Also the support of organizations experienced in battery collection programs have provided useful testimony. I request the committee vote "ought to pass"
