I am senior citizen been in town 60+ yrs. Our taxes keep going up at a higher rate than our ss cost of living raise. What raises we get is pretty much taken away due to part b of medicare. In the meantime electricity, heat , meds, groceries and taxes increase. To the point many seniors and young homeowners will have to sell our homes for lack of funds for rising school taxes. State needs to provide for bulk of education and not put the burden on local property owners who may or maynot have kids in school!!
