This bill would remove the control of what tax exemptions a municipality may make and that goes against everything NH stands for. Local municipalities know what their own communities’ needs and challenges are much better than state legislators do. Towns and cities have their own thoughtfully established tax programs in place which should not be overridden by legislative over-reach.
