Ellen Farnum

I oppose this bill. My husband and I made an investment on our property when we installed solar panels. We benefit from the tax exemption offered for solar energy systems; this bill will increase costs for us. Please encourage investment in renewable energy instead of making investment harder for citizens, schools and small businesses. I also am opposed to the state imposing rules that undermine our local control. Ellen Farnum
