I strongly support HB 1831. Removing the cap on targeted aid allows the Education Trust Fund to respond to real, documented need instead of arbitrary limits. This bill moves New Hampshire closer to meeting its obligation to fund public education more fairly and reduces pressure on local property taxpayers.
