15 days before leave notice is completely unreasonable for childbirth, postpartum care, and infant pediatric medical appointments. An emergency for a new or expecting mother, and her child, should be taken seriously and met with support from the community. How are we to build a strong country when children can't be cared for without their parents worrying of being unemployed? Please allow more protections for new families, this is a very depressing bill.
