Students should not be taught to use guns by the department of education. Federal and State grants should not be used for this purpose. It is very concerning that the state would want to train teenagers to use guns "safely". If a student or a parent wants their student to learn gun mechanics etc, there are plenty of resources available outside of the classroom.
