NO THANK YOU to the non-germane amendment that has been tacked onto this bill. This amendment not only completely changes the intent of the original bill, but also is an attempt to put into law the unpopular tax caps that were shut down two weeks ago, well as throughout last year in local votes and at the state level. No means no! No tax caps in New Hampshire! No more erosion of local control! No more trying to subvert the people's will by attempting to pass unwanted and unpopular motions by hiding them in amendments or in the state budget.
