Having occasional y presented testimony on legislation for many decades it is clear that there are a great many bills that are drawing the interest of the public and that they can now comment on through digital means. It is therefore appropriate that the legislature find a way to show that it is responsive to pubic comment and indicate how it takes public participation into account in revising and amending legislation.
