I am a retired teacher who lives in NH and always felt terrible that when a parent asked me what they could do to help their children my first instinct was to tell them to gamble, smoke or buy alcohol and pay your taxes. Of course I didn’t say that out loud but has been our state’s method of paying for education long enough. That’s a really sad statement.
