I strongly support this bill. Requiring House representatives to prepare reports of public comments for each bill submitted to each committee explaining how public comments were considered by the committee, and how/why the public comments did or did not influence the committee's recommendation on a bill would help ensure that NH citizens' voices are heard and considered by legislators. As a lifelong NH resident who works full-time, I am unable to attend hearings in order to provide testimony in person. The option for providing remote testimony ensures that my voice, and the voices of thousands of other NH citizens, is heard and considered--but only if legislators are held accountable for considering these remote testimonies on behalf of their constituents. I strongly urge you to pass this bill.
