NH is one of the richest states. Instead of issuing a $1 billion bond, how about reinstating taxes on the wealthiest corporations and individuals in this state. If they were to pay their fair share, NH could adequately fund education. It seems like we are trying to do everything to avoid fairly taxing the wealthiest. Everyone should pay their fair share. That is not happening now.
