I strongly support this bill, HB 1438. As someone who worked in the Mental Health profession for most of my career, it is imperative to report acts of aggression and violence, whether against children, elderly or animals. Those who might be unable to speak for themselves. Abuse of animals or pets is a form of violence and abuse toward others in the home, and can instill fear and threats of harm to all present.
