Going to register in-person to the town clerk is an outmoded way of registering or re-registering when you move. This bill would allow voters to register directly with the Secretary of State and requires the Secretary of State to establish and maintain a secure online portal through which qualified individuals may submit voter registration forms and supporting documentation electronically.
