There are already multiple ways for a landlord to evict tenants so we do not need this bill. In the middle of a housing crisis, we do not want to have people become homeless because of misconceptions that they are not here legally. There are many categories of immigrants who do not have legal permanent status who do have permission to be here although these categories seem to be being ignored in the current political rhetoric about "illegal" immigrants.
