Since the Old Man of the Mountain fell, we know nothing is permanent. Just because the US Supreme Court guaranteed marriage equality rights for ALL couples doesn't mean that the guarantee will stay in place. Amending the New Hampshire Constitution to support marriage equality rights for ALL couples in New Hampshire is the best way to ensure that our state guarantees this, without depending on the votes of distant justices.
