This legislature has continued its effort to close the state down by eliminating sources of income and this is just one more example of this backwards thinking. We now have no more income and dividends tax (which incidentally I have had to pay), business profits tax, income from state auto inspections - there are likely more that I don't know about. The state is already unable to pay for necessary things for its citizens, and taking yet more income away is just plain insane. It is akin to someone who is near drowning in debt, but quits their job for who knows what reason - how are they to provide for themselves, their family? THEY CAN'T and this is what is happening in NH. The priorities are all wrong here - the state needs income and frankly, I'm a proponent of an income tax but I know that goes ab.so.lute.ly nowhere in NH.
